When we originally bought this house it had been standing empty for 8 years. Needless to say it needed a full make over from top to bottom.

Works we carried out on this property included separating the house into 2 flats, adding a new en-suite bathroom into the main upstairs room, getting all the services split and installed, and even repairing majority of the joists that had rotted away over the years.
